Refund & Returns Policy

At PopPop Collective, we want every order to feel exciting, thoughtful, and worth the wait. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help.
Returns
If you change your mind about your order, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with applicable UK distance selling rules.
To start a return, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging where possible.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, collector, and product integrity reasons, we may be unable to accept returns for:
- opened blind boxes
- opened sealed collectables
- used items
- damaged items where the damage occurred after delivery
- personalised or custom items
- subscription boxes or subscription items that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and, where applicable, cover reasonable return costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that the item has been sent back, where applicable.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you may need to wait until it arrives and then follow the returns process above.
