PopPop Club is a recurring subscription service offered by PopPop Collective.

Billing and renewals
When you purchase a PopPop Club subscription, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before your next billing date.

Pricing
Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing in the future. Any material pricing changes will apply prospectively.

Dispatch and fulfilment
Subscription orders are prepared and dispatched according to the schedule of your selected plan.

Dispatch dates may vary slightly due to stock timing, courier delays, seasonal demand, or other operational factors.

Subscription contents
PopPop Club is designed to feel curated, collectable, and full of surprise. Product contents, themes, characters, colours, and included extras may vary from one subscription cycle to another.

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

If a renewal payment has already been processed, cancellation will normally apply to future cycles and not to the already processed order.

Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment or contact you to update your payment details.

Returns and refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Because subscription items are recurring curated products, refunds may not be available once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, except where required by law or where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
