We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times:

- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–15 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect shipping details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Delays, lost parcels, and delivery issues
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, customs, weather, seasonal demand, or events outside our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to help.

Subscription orders
If you are a PopPop Club subscriber, subscription orders are dispatched according to the schedule of your selected plan and may vary slightly depending on stock timing, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
